SCHOOL HR ASSISTANT
Employment type: Full-Time, Permanent.

Salary: £30,000 - £32,000 per annum.

Do you have experience in administrative tasks, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of HR processes? Join our team as an HR Assistant at a prestigious school in Kensington & Chelsea London, and help create a positive and efficient school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain the Single Central Record (SCR) in compliance with safeguarding regulations.
- Oversee recruitment processes, including document verification, reference checks, and issuing paperwork.
- Provide administrative support, such as managing diaries and taking meeting minutes.
- Submit payroll-related documents, including absence reports, overtime, and expenses.
- Update and manage the training matrix, ensuring staff receive appropriate training.
- Handle daily communications, including emails and phone calls.
- Greet visitors and issue correct lanyards.
Key Requirements:
- previous experience in HR or administration, ideally in a school setting, with knowledge of HR processes and policies.
- Ability to maintain accurate records, manage sensitive information, and ensure compliance with safeguarding and recruitment regulations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with staff, parents, and external partners.
- Skilled in managing tasks such as recruitment, payroll support, and training coordination.
- Valid DBS check (or willingness to obtain) and right to work in the UK.
