Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, payments, and receipts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain financial records, including accounts payable/receivable, and reconcile bank statements.
- Assist with budgeting, financial reporting, and forecasts.
- Support payroll by verifying timesheets, overtime, and employee financial data.
- Provide administrative support to the Finance Officer and Business Manager, including handling financial documentation and queries.
Key Requirements:
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles, financial transactions, and budgeting.
- Ability to record financial data accurately, reconcile accounts, and ensure error-free transactions.
- Proficient in financial software, Excel, and management information systems.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
- Effective communication skills to handle finance queries and interact with staff, vendors, and stakeholders.
