Key Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the Headteacher and school leadership team
- Managing school communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Maintaining pupil records and databases with accuracy and confidentiality
- Assisting with admissions and enrolment processes
- Coordinating school events and meetings
- Liaising with parents, staff, and external stakeholders
- General office duties, including filing, ordering supplies, and managing diaries
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a school administration role is highly desirable
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and database management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A warm, friendly demeanour with a proactive attitude
