School Administrator and Admissions Coordinator

If so, we encourage you to join our team as a School Administrator& Admission Coordinator at a dynamic school in Ealing, London.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the School Secretary with daily office administration.
- Support the Senior Team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Manage the Pupil Admissions process for day pupils.
- Help maintain pupil and staff databases.
- Handle general administration duties such as photocopying, filing, and archiving.
- Assist with school communications, including newsletters and parent letters.
- Coordinate diaries for the Head and Deputies.
- Respond to parent and staff queries and assist visitors.
- Provide cover for the administrative team during absences or holidays.
- Serve as a welcoming point of contact for prospective parents and pupils throughout the admissions process.
- Handle enquiries via the school’s main email, phone, or website, and forward or action as needed.
- Manage registration forms, confirm payment with Finance, and input details into school databases (ISAMS).
- File registration forms by year of entry and manage the waiting list.
- Coordinate assessments for 4+ and 11+ entry, as well as occasional places during the year.
- Liaise with key staff and departments to ensure all admissions aspects are considered.
- Issue, track, and monitor joining forms from new parents.
- Support Chorister recruitment and admissions for boarding.
Key Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills to manage tasks like scheduling, filing, and maintaining records for smooth daily operations.
- Excellent communication skills for handling enquiries, responding to parents, and coordinating with staff and stakeholders.
- High attention to detail in managing student data, registration forms, and administrative records.
- Experience with school management systems (e.g., ISAMS) and general office software.
- Ability to create a welcoming environment for prospective parents and pupils and build positive relationships with staff and external partners.
